What QuoteFast is
A tool for building and tracking your own quotes. The quote is yours: you set the prices, you send it, and the agreement is between you and your client. QuoteFast is not a party to it and takes no part in the work or the payment.
Check your own numbers
We take the arithmetic seriously and test it hard, but you are responsible for what you send. Check the totals, the VAT treatment and the deposit before a quote leaves your hands. Template prices are illustrative starting points, not market rates.
Not tax or legal advice
The VAT handling here covers standard-rated and zero-rated or exempt lines. It does not handle the domestic reverse charge, CIS deductions, or any other special scheme. If your work involves those, take proper advice — nothing in this app is tax or legal advice.
Your data is your responsibility
This release stores everything on your device and nowhere else. We cannot recover your quotes if you clear your browser data, lose the device, or uninstall the app. Save a PDF of anything that matters.
The iPhone app and QuoteFast Pro
The iPhone app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
The free version lets you build and price as many quotes as you like and send up to five a month. QuoteFast Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, that removes the monthly sending limit, removes the “Made with QuoteFast” line from your PDFs, and turns on automatic follow-up reminders. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered and you subscribe, any unused part of the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Apple is not responsible for the app or for providing support for it — contact us instead.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost work or indirect losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Fair use
Use QuoteFast for your own business. Don't use it to defraud anyone, don't try to break it, and don't resell it as your own product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
